LAUNCHED "M/T VINGATANK"
The 4320 DWT Chemicals
tanker, that is building at Celiktekne Shipyard for Swedia
Shipping, was launched on 07/01/2003 by participation of
the president of Swedia Rederi AB Mr. Stena, his wife, his
family, Turkish ministers, and representatives of the
Shipyard.
The chemical tanker,
called "VINGATANK", has 4800 m3 cargo capacity
and will be sailing at the end of February. The vessel is
fitted with 2000kW B&W Alpha diesel main engine and
has a cruising speed of 13,8 knots.
General manager of the
ships that are building at the Shipyard are intended for
export.
